Want to know more about me?

Born and raised in Prague, my journey from the cobblestone streets of the city to the serene forests of the Czech countryside shaped me into a person who finds solace in solitude and strength in nature. Early on in my life, I embraced Eastern philosophies and yoga, seeking clarity and purpose beyond the conventional paths laid before me. This curiosity fueled my wanderlust, leading me on transformative travels across Europe and a life-altering expedition to India, where I learned the essence of resilience, trust, and the profound impact of human kindness. These experiences became the bedrock of my passion for helping others navigate their own paths.

Today, as a coach and facilitator, I draw on this rich tapestry of life lessons to support leaders, teams, and organizations. Whether it's guiding strategic planning sessions, fostering team cohesion, or evaluating projects to capture valuable learnings, my approach is deeply rooted in the belief that every challenge is an opportunity for growth. My mission is to empower you to navigate the complexities of leadership and organizational dynamics with confidence, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose.

My path has always been driven by a deep-seated desire to help others, leading me to pursue studies in social work, theology, and world religions. This foundation paved the way for a career dedicated to making a tangible difference—whether supporting post-war communities in Sri Lanka or advocating for gender equality in Ethiopia. Each chapter of my journey has reinforced my belief in the power of humanity and collective action to enact change.

Life's unpredictability brought me to Ethiopia, where personal and professional worlds collided, enriching my life in ways I hadn't imagined. Despite the challenges of balancing a demanding career in educational development and motherhood, my family's journey back to the Czech Republic was a testament to resilience and adaptability. Our return marked a new chapter, close to nature, where the values I hold dear could flourish. Transitioning into coaching and consultancy, I've found a fulfilling way to apply my experiences, guiding leaders and organizations worldwide. Now, I stand ready to share my story, insights, and support with you, embracing every twist and turn that has led me here. Welcome to the journey we'll embark on together, exploring the potential for growth and transformation in your own path.

My background

  • My journey into coaching began at the Solutions Academy, where I earned a certificate in Solution-focused coaching fundamentals. This is where I learnt the essentials of coaching. My education continued at the Coaching Academy Libchavy, where I underwent training in transformational coaching and coaching systems. These advanced programs allowed me to elevate my coaching practice, introducing me to neurological levels and systemic laws, and empowered me to support my clients in seeing beyond their current realities. I engage in regular supervision, participate in mentoring programs for coaches, and have worked closely with my own coach for the past five years. I got lot of practical experience during my time with BTS, a consultancy firm known for integrating coaching, assessment, and learning experiences to foster both personal and business transformation.

  • Though I never pursued formal studies in facilitation, my expertise has been honed through years of practical experience. Leading a team of 20 young lecturers and designing educational programs early on in my career taught me to navigate and innovate within the educational sector. My role in managing large international projects and facilitating sessions for diverse stakeholder groups has been instrumental in developing tailored workshops for non-profits and companies, showcasing my ability to bring innovative solutions to complex challenges.

  • My career has granted me a comprehensive understanding of the project life cycle, from design to implementation, and from monitoring to evaluation. Serving as a consultant, advisor, and evaluator, I've embraced a participatory approach to evaluation, valuing the process and learning it facilitates as much as the outcomes it generates. My academic journey, especially during my PhD studies in anthropology, laid the groundwork for my research skills, for sure, although I did not complete the degree after all.

  • Mindfulness has been a cornerstone of my life, influenced by my early attraction to yoga and meditation. My experiences from living in London and years spent in India and other Asian countries, where I spent days and weeks learning the theory and the practice directly from the monks in the buddhist and hindu monasteries, have deepened my practice. Courses with the Search Inside Yourself Institute and the Mindfulness Club have formalized my understanding, which now permeates my daily life and work, providing support and resilience through life's challenges.

  • A lifelong learner, I've aligned my educational pursuits with my goal to support those in need. My academic background includes diplomas in social pedagogy, degrees in theology, social work, and civil sector studies. I’ve also studied philosophy and world religions. Although my PhD in anthropology remains incomplete, the experience provided a solid foundation in research methodologies.

  • Currently, I am studying to become a facilitator of systemic constellations, an approach that has fascinated me for long. Additionally, my studies in psychotherapy-currently I am studying complex 5-year program in systemic and narrative psychotherapy and also 2-years program focusing on taking therapy outdoors enrich my coaching and facilitation work, allowing me to understand my clients and lead the discussions with them with some additional perspectives.

  • With over 20 years in education, capacity building, and diversity and inclusion work, I've embraced the richness of working across sectors—from grassroots NGOs to corporate clients. My non-profit experience, including international missions, has taught me resilience and the value of diverse, multistakeholder collaborations. My mission remains to support growth and transformation in a sustainable and impactful way for leaders, teams, and organizations.
